IN the lead up to the Sydney Telstra 500, V8 Supercar fans are fuelling the final Ford versus Holden battle by competing in the Fanatic Fan 500.
A slot car on-line battle is underway on the V8 Supercars Facebook page, where participation from fans will literally power the slot cars around a small scale Olympic Park street circuit.
Fans will actively have to ‘like’ their favourite team for the slot cars to speed up. The more ‘likes’ a team gets, the faster the car goes. There are five different camera angles capturing the action.
